What information do we collect?
Your name, contact details, business name and form message are retained to review and follow up on your request.
Who can access the information?
Authorized site administrators can access requests to follow up on them. Content editor accounts cannot access the contact details submitted.
Website content and files
Articles, approved testimonials and work published by the team are public. Media uploaded for publication must not contain confidential information.
Login cookie
The admin panel uses a secure cookie to maintain the login session. This cookie is required for team members to sign in.
Website usage statistics
If analytics are enabled, your tracking preferences are respected. Form and conversation text is not sent to analytics tools, and you can change your choice under “Analytics settings”.
Maps & Roozia chat
The map is loaded from Google Maps. If online chat is enabled, its link takes you to the service provider's platform. Review that provider's privacy policy before submitting information.
